Accidents Happen

Many people involved in a car accident don’t know what procedure they need to follow to get their car repaired and back on the road. Here are the basic steps:

Call The Right People

Give us a call first and we can help you organise everything. Phone us on 8541 3641 or 0419 609 271 outside of business hours. You can then call your insurance company and let them know what has happened. They will provide you with a claim number or you can come in to see us and we can assist you in contacting your insurer.

Gathering Information & Images

When you come in to see us and we will take images of your car, gather some information about you, your car and the accident including the claim number.


We will then quote your vehicle and send the repair quote to your insurance company along with all the images we took.


Your insurance company will then assess our quote. Sometimes they will send an assessor out to see the car and sometimes they will assess it online using the images.

Authority and Parts Ordering

Once it has been assessed and we have received an authority to repair your car we will order the parts required.

Booking In

Once the parts have arrived in the workshop we will call you and arrange a time that is convenient to you to bring the car in for repairs. Once your car has been repaired we will call you and let you know to come and pick it up or we can deliver!
